Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: You may return unused, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

    • Products are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

    • Products have not been used, worn, or altered.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Customized or personalized products.

    • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.

    • Gift cards or digital products.

Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@waveteliot.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item shipped, or our error. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after approval.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If a product arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

​We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and indicate your preference for an exchange.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us at sales@waveteliot.com. If the order has already shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

  • Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and refunded in full.
